NVC International Holdings Limited issued a clarification on 29 April 2026, correcting an inadvertent clerical error in its circular dated 27 April 2026 for the upcoming annual general meeting scheduled on 12 June 2026.

The company stated that Independent Non-executive Director Mr. Wang Xuexian is entitled to an annual director’s fee of US$31,000, not US$51,000 as previously disclosed on page 16 of both the Chinese and English versions of the circular. All other information in the circular remains unchanged.

As of the clarification date, the board comprises: • Executive Directors: Wang Donglei (Chairman), Chan Kim Yung Eva, Xiao Yu, and Wang Keven Dun • Non-executive Director: Ye Yong • Independent Non-executive Directors: Lee Kong Wai Conway, Wang Xuexian, and Chen Hong

The clarification is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the original circular. No other amendments were required.
