Conch Cement Buys Back 0.03% of H-Share Float, Lifting Treasury Stock to 16.24 Million Shares

Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited (Conch Cement) disclosed that it repurchased 400,000 H shares on 21 September 2026 via on-exchange transactions.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 15.85 to HKD 16.13, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 6.38 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Following the transaction, Conch Cement’s outstanding H shares (excluding treasury stock) fell to 1,283.37 million, a 0.03% reduction from the previous balance. Treasury shares grew to 16.24 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remains unchanged at 1,299.60 million shares.

The buy-back forms part of a mandate approved on 28 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 1,299.60 million shares. To date, 16.24 million shares—or 1.25% of the issued share count at the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authority.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Conch Cement is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 21 October 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase.
