According to the official filing dated 4 March 2026, XXF Group Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 02473) recorded no change in its total authorised share capital, which remained at HKD 40.00 million, represented by 12.00 billion ordinary shares. The issued share capital stood at 1.55 billion shares, with no treasury shares outstanding.

The public float requirement of 25% was confirmed to be met. Under the Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme adopted on 9 October 2023, 1.38 million share options lapsed, leaving 98.55 million outstanding. Another share option scheme, also adopted on 9 October 2023, had no outstanding share options but may issue 154.69 million shares upon exercise of all share options to be granted.
