The board confirmed that, in line with the paperless listing regime under HKEX Listing Rule 2.07, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be disseminated exclusively in electronic form. Shareholders who have supplied a functional email address will receive notification of publication by email; those without a registered address will receive hard-copy notices and any actionable communications by post.

To improve delivery efficiency, shareholders are requested to submit or update their email details by scanning the personalised QR code on the reply form or by returning the form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Until a valid email address is provided, shareholders will continue to receive printed versions of actionable communications and publication notices.
