Tailam Tech Construction Holdings Limited (the Group) announced on 6 November 2025 that it will change its auditor due to a lack of consensus with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) over the proposed audit fee for the financial year ending 31 December 2025. PwC has resigned, effective 6 November 2025.

The Board and the Audit Committee indicated that there were no disagreements or unresolved matters with PwC. PwC had not commenced any audit work for the Group’s 2025 financial statements before its resignation.

BDO Limited (BDO) has been appointed to fill the resulting vacancy and will hold office until the conclusion of the Group’s next annual general meeting. The selection was based on BDO’s industry experience, resources, proposed fees, and familiarity with the relevant regulatory requirements. The Board expressed gratitude to PwC for its past services and extended a welcome to BDO as the new auditor.
