The application for these subsidy funds was organized strictly in accordance with relevant policy documents, targeting market entities participating in fuel cell vehicle demonstration operations within the local area. The project selection process involved multiple rigorous stages, including enterprise self-declarations, preliminary material reviews, expert evaluations, and third-party specialized audits. Following this comprehensive process, a list of proposed projects has been compiled and is now open for public disclosure.

The subsidy funds are primarily directed towards demonstration areas such as the application of complete fuel cell vehicles and the use of hydrogen for vehicles. If any relevant unit or individual holds different opinions on the publicized content, they must submit feedback in writing, with their real names, to the Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Zhengzhou Municipal Finance Bureau within the specified period. The relevant departments will review and address each piece of feedback individually.
