NCI Maintains Stable Share Structure in July 2026 and Confirms Public Float Compliance

New China Life Insurance Company Ltd. (NCI) submitted its monthly return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either its authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The insurer’s authorised and registered share capital held steady at 3.12 billion shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, comprising 1.03 billion H shares listed in Hong Kong and 2.09 billion A shares listed in Shanghai.

Issued shares also remained unchanged. As at 31 July 2026, NCI had 1.03 billion H shares and 2.09 billion A shares outstanding, with zero treasury shares recorded for both classes.

NCI affirmed that the applicable public float requirement—set at a minimum 5% of total issued H shares—was met as of month-end, ensuring ongoing compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D(1).

The filing further disclosed that there were no share repurchases, options, warrants, convertibles, or other agreements that would affect the company’s share capital. The report was authorised and submitted by Joint Company Secretary Liu Zhiyong on 3 August 2026.
