KINGWORLD (HKEX: 01110) has announced that on June 11, 2026, its connected person, Jin Chen Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., entered into a memorandum of understanding with Dongguan Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine regarding the research and development of two products.

The products in question are "Zi Zhu Ye Lotion" and "Jia Wei Tian Ma Jian Nao Formula." The parties intend to collaborate on the clinical research, regulatory registration, and commercialization of these products.

On the same date, the company's connected person, Jin Chen, also entered into a memorandum of understanding with KINGWORLD. Under this agreement, Jin Chen intends to appoint KINGWORLD and/or its wholly-owned subsidiary as the sole and exclusive distributor for the two products.

The proposed distribution arrangement will cover the distribution of "Zi Zhu Ye Lotion" and "Jia Wei Tian Ma Jian Nao Formula" in the markets of Hong Kong, mainland China, and through cross-border e-commerce channels.
