Janco Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8035) announced the appointment of Beijing Xinghua Caplegend CPA Limited as its new auditor, effective 31 October 2025, following the resignation of McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited.

The appointment was made by the board of directors, upon recommendation by the Audit Committee, after considering industry knowledge, technical competence, prior experience in handling audit work for Hong Kong-listed companies, as well as Beijing Xinghua’s proposed remuneration and resources. The board concluded that the change of auditor would be in the overall interest of the company and its shareholders.

Beijing Xinghua will hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of Janco Holdings Limited.
