According to an exchange filing, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM) disclosed that its subsidiary, TSMC Partners Ltd., has sold 1.11 million shares of ARM Holdings (ARM) for a total transaction value of $231 million. The share sale was conducted over the period of April 28 to 29.
