Huazhong In-Vehicle Holdings Company Limited announced that its 2025 Annual Report, a circular dated 28 April 2026 and the proxy form for the forthcoming annual general meeting (AGM) are now available on the company website (www.cn-huazhong.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The AGM is scheduled for 3 June 2026. Shareholders who hold the stock through CCASS may opt to receive future corporate-communication alerts by email; an email address must be provided to the company via Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited (HKSCC). If no address is supplied or the address is invalid, a printed notification letter will continue to be mailed to the address on record with HKSCC.
