Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation disclosed on 11 August 2026 that it has issued and allotted 10.89 million H shares following the partial exercise of the over-allotment option announced on 6 August 2026.

The new shares, priced at HKD 32.30 each, raised the company’s outstanding H-share count from 216.17 million to 227.05 million, representing a 5.04% expansion in issued share capital.

No treasury shares were created, sold, or cancelled in connection with this transaction, and the company reported no share repurchases or redemptions during the period. The board confirmed that all regulatory, listing-rule and legal requirements related to the issuance have been met.
