CH ENERGY ENG (03996) announced the election of Vice Chairman Mr. Ni Zhen as Chairman, with his term commencing from the date of board approval until the end of the company's third board of directors' tenure. In accordance with work arrangements, Mr. Ni Zhen will no longer serve as the company's General Manager.

The board also approved adjustments to the membership of its Strategic Committee. The revised committee composition is as follows: Chairman—Mr. Ni Zhen; Members—Mr. Cheng Nian Gao and Mr. Si Xin Bo. The adjusted committee members' terms will take effect from the board approval date until the conclusion of the third board's tenure.

Additionally, Mr. Ni Zhen has been appointed as the company's authorized representative, effective November 21, 2025.
