On 28 April 2026, Uni-President China Holdings Ltd. announced the simultaneous publication of its 2025 Annual Report, the accompanying AGM circular and the 2025 Sustainability Report. All documents are now accessible in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.uni-president.com.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

In line with the amended Listing Rule 2.07A, the company confirmed a transition to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Consequently, printed copies will no longer be distributed by default. Both language versions will be posted online, replacing traditional hard-copy mailings.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive electronic notifications must provide a functional email address to their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Without an email on record, they will not receive publication alerts and will need to monitor the company and HKEX websites independently.

Shareholders preferring physical copies can submit the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. Upon receipt, the registrar will dispatch printed materials free of charge.

The 2025 Sustainability Report is offered exclusively in electronic format; however, printed copies may be requested from the registrar at the same address.
