EnGro Reaches Settlement to Halt Winding-Up Bid Against Subsidiary

EnGro Corporation Limited announced on May, 22 2026 that it has reached an in-principle settlement with the claimant in case HC/CWU 402/2025, under which the winding-up application against its subsidiary, EnGro Asia, will be withdrawn.

The company said the resolution is not expected to have any material impact on the Group’s consolidated net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.

EnGro added that it will issue further updates should there be additional developments.
