Registered shareholders who have previously requested physical copies will receive the chosen versions by post. Those encountering difficulty accessing the online documents may obtain printed copies free of charge by contacting the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

Shareholders can change their future communication preferences by completing the enclosed Reply Form. Key options include:

• Electronic dissemination – supply a functional email address by scanning a personalised QR code or returning the Reply Form via email. • Printed copies – mark the relevant box on the Reply Form or email the registrar; the instruction remains valid for 12 months unless superseded or revoked.

Until a valid email address is provided, shareholders will not receive electronic publication alerts and must monitor the company and HKEXnews websites for updates; actionable communications will continue to be dispatched in hard copy.
