According to the notice, shareholders who prefer printed copies of these documents may submit their requests in writing to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. The announcement also highlights that, under the expansion of paperless listing rules effective from 31 December 2023, the company will adopt electronic dissemination of future corporate communications. Shareholders may provide their email addresses by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the completed form to the share registrar. Those who do not provide an email address may not receive publication alerts and will receive critical corporate documents in printed form.

Shareholders seeking to continue obtaining hard copies of future corporate communications may request so by completing the reply form or sending an email to the above address. The company notes that such requests are valid for one year from the date they are received.
