A new interprovincial direct coach route linking Beijing Daxing International Airport with Jizhou District in Tianjin has officially commenced operations, adding another layer to the airport's surface transport network.
The service strengthens the connection between airport passenger flows and Jizhou's tourism resources, supporting greater regional integration, cultural tourism development, and industrial collaboration across the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area.
The route operates entirely on expressways with no intermediate stops, with a one-way journey time of approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. A single ticket is priced at 100 yuan per person.
Scheduled around airport flight times, the service runs six departures daily in each direction, covering morning, midday, and evening travel windows. This arrangement accommodates a range of passenger needs, including flight transfers and short-distance leisure trips.
Departures from Jizhou to Daxing Airport are scheduled at 5:00, 7:00, 9:00, 13:00, 15:00, and 17:00, while services from Daxing Airport to Jizhou depart at 10:30, 12:30, 14:30, 16:30, 18:30, and 20:30.
Pick-up and drop-off points are located at the interprovincial bus waiting area inside Gate 15 on the first floor of the Daxing Airport terminal, and at Jizhou Coach Station at 196 Renmin West Street, Jizhou District, Tianjin.
Jizhou boasts a rich cultural and tourism heritage, featuring renowned landmarks such as the 5A-rated Panshan scenic area, the thousand-year-old Dule Temple from the Liao Dynasty, and the Huangyaguan Great Wall, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The district has become a popular short-break destination within the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the new coach link is expected to unlock fresh opportunities for its local tourism industry.
