SCE Intelligent Commercial Management Holdings Limited (SCE CM) released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, detailing operational scale, resource use and workforce data for the year ended 31 December 2025.
The group managed 221 commercial and residential projects across 56 mainland cities, covering 36.0 million sq.m. gross floor area (GFA) and holding 241 contracts totaling 45.2 million sq.m. GFA.
Climate metrics show total greenhouse-gas emissions of 75,039 tCO₂e, comprising 2,266 tCO₂e Scope 1 and 72,773 tCO₂e Scope 2. Energy use reached 130,386.99 MWh, mainly from 125,970.82 MWh purchased electricity. Water consumption amounted to 1.32 million m³.
Non-hazardous waste totaled 841.64 tonnes and hazardous waste 572.21 kg. Air emissions were 26.31 kg NOx, 0.42 kg SOx and 1.68 kg particulate matter. The company maintains ISO 14001 environmental and ISO 45001 occupational-safety certifications and has completed a third-party climate-risk assessment covering seven key projects.
The workforce stood at 3,403 employees (66 % male), with 156,389 training hours delivered—an average of 48 hours per employee. Employee turnover was 59 %. The supply chain included 1,110 suppliers, and anti-corruption training totaled 3,189 hours.
Management targets continued expansion via “Precise Tenant Sourcing” and “Refined Operation”, supported by digital systems, ESG-linked policies and a forthcoming long-term emissions-reduction roadmap aligned with China’s “dual-carbon” goals.
