Hong Kong-listed Yinsheng Digifavor Company Limited announced that Executive Director Guo Wei resigned effective 8 May 2026 to focus on personal affairs. Guo confirmed no disagreements with the board and no other matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Following the resignation, the ordinary resolution numbered 2(b) concerning Guo’s re-election as an executive director, originally included in the AGM notice and proxy form dated 17 April 2026, has been withdrawn and will not be voted on at the annual general meeting scheduled for 11 May 2026. All other AGM resolutions remain unchanged, and existing proxy forms stay valid excluding votes on resolution 2(b).

The board expressed appreciation for Guo’s contributions during his tenure. As of the date of the announcement, Yinsheng Digifavor’s board comprises two executive directors (Dr. Zhou Jinhuang and Mr. Huang Junmou), two non-executive directors (Mr. Chong Wing Kin and Mr. Yu Zida) and three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Zhang Mingqun, Dr. Li Yao and Ms. Hong Ting).
