Bank of Tianjin Co., Ltd. (1578) received approval from the Tianjin Financial Regulatory Bureau, as stated in Jin Jin Fu [2025] No. 323, to amend its Articles of Association. The revised Articles took effect on 22 October 2025 and are available on the HKEX website and the bank's official website.

With the revised Articles coming into force, the Board of Supervisors and its special committees were simultaneously canceled. Current supervisors confirmed no disagreements with the bank or its board of directors and no matters requiring shareholders’ attention. The bank expressed gratitude for their contributions during their tenure, according to the announcement dated 30 October 2025.
