China Mobile Jiangsu Hosts "Heartwarming Winter Solstice" Event at Xugou Service Center

The event invited customers to join in cooking and tasting sweet glutinous rice balls, sharing a memorable Winter Solstice festival together.

At the service center, staff prepared the fillings and electric cooking pots in advance, inviting customers to collaboratively cook the sweet treats. Everyone gathered around, working together, which not only fostered a closer relationship between staff and clients but also conveyed Lianyungang Mobile's heartfelt wishes for customers' happiness in the coming new year.

Beyond the culinary activities, the service center concurrently launched a "Silver-Haired Classroom" during the event. Addressing common challenges faced by elderly individuals when using smartphones, staff members served as instructors, covering topics like WeChat usage, video calls, online medical appointments, and anti-fraud knowledge. Using simple language and hands-on guidance, they patiently assisted senior customers in bridging the "digital divide." The elderly participants showed great enthusiasm for learning, while staff provided meticulous answers to ensure everyone could understand, learn, and apply the skills effectively.

Furthermore, the service center offered complimentary blood pressure checks and free smartphone screen protector installations, providing health-focused care for customers in need, particularly the elderly. One elderly gentleman, Mr. Zhang, who had just had his blood pressure measured, expressed his satisfaction, stating, "Not only do we get to eat hot sweet rice balls, but our phone issues get solved too. The service is incredibly thoughtful!"

This event exemplifies Lianyungang Mobile's efforts to upgrade its services and put its "Heart-level Service" philosophy into practice.
