Thakral Corporation Ltd announced that its investee company, The Beauty Tech Group plc, began unconditional trading on the London Stock Exchange under the ticker “TBTG” on Oct, 08 2025. The shares closed at £2.81, about 4% above the IPO price of £2.71.

Thakral retains a 6.04% post-IPO stake in The Beauty Tech Group, valuing the holding at roughly 32.6 million Singapore dollars.

The Beauty Tech Group raised £29 million through the placement of 10.7 million shares in the offering.

Thakral’s Chief Executive Officer, Inderbethal Singh Thakral, said the listing validates the group’s strategy of backing high-growth businesses and pledged continued support for the company’s expansion.
