COLOUR LIFE’s 2025 ESG Report: Digital Platform Tops 8 Million Users, Carbon Footprint Offset, Community Spend Hits RMB 0.14 Million

COLOUR LIFE released its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report detailing progress in digital community services, carbon-reduction actions and stakeholder engagement across its Mainland China operations.

Digital Operations • The Group’s “Caizhiyun” smart-community platform ended 2025 with 8.02 million registered users, covering 154 million m² of managed GFA and recording cumulative gross merchandise value of RMB 3.58 billion. • A new “Headquarters Control Large Model + Project Service Small Models” architecture accelerates data-driven maintenance, complaint handling and risk alerts.

Environmental Metrics and Decarbonisation • Scope 2 greenhouse-gas emissions totalled 69.76 tonnes of CO₂e; no Scope 1 emissions were reported. • Total energy use was 120.76 MWh (39.74 kWh per m²). • Water consumption was 29 m³ (0.01 m³ per m²) following new metering in 2025. • Waste generation comprised 10.36 tonnes of non-hazardous waste and 0.01 tonne of hazardous waste. • To offset emissions, the Group purchased certified carbon credits from the UN CDM Hebei ChengAn Biomass Cogeneration Project, mirroring credits used for the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games. • Operational controls include energy-saving switches, “last-person-off” power protocols, digital workflows to cut paper, and green-procurement lists for cleaning and landscaping supplies. • Environmental management systems are certified to ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 50001; occupational health and safety is certified to ISO 45001 and five-star safety production standards.

Social Performance • Headcount stood at 9,350 (61% male, 39% female); all employees are Mainland-based and 100% received training averaging 0.79 hours for operators and 0.50 hours for management. • One work-related fatality was recorded; lost-time due to injury totalled 890 days. • Turnover rate was 33%, with the highest attrition (61%) among employees over 60 years old. • Employee benefits include full social insurance, housing fund, holiday leave, performance bonuses and health checks.

Governance and Supply Chain • No cases of bribery, fraud or money-laundering were reported; anti-corruption training is mandatory for directors and staff. • The supplier base comprises 794 Mainland vendors evaluated quarterly on quality, delivery and ESG criteria; underperformers face suspension or removal. • Information security is governed by ISO-certified management systems and China’s cybersecurity regulations, supplemented by data-encryption and access-control protocols.

Community Investment • The Colour Life Charity Foundation disbursed approximately RMB 0.14 million in 2025, focusing on elderly care, disability support and staff assistance. Flagship initiatives included the “Boundless Love • Colourful Life” rehabilitation programme and a Tencent-hosted fundraiser delivering 270 “Warm Care Packages” to 30 underprivileged households.

Regulatory Compliance Throughout 2025 the Group reported no material breaches of laws covering environmental protection, consumer rights, advertising, privacy, labour standards or product safety.

Outlook With climate-related regulations tightening, COLOUR LIFE intends to further integrate carbon-management targets into strategic planning, expand renewable-energy uptake and enhance disclosure depth in future ESG reports.
