On 22 April 2026, Steve Leung Design Group Limited (SLD Group) announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, related Circular and Proxy Form have been published on both the company website (www.sldgroup.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The notice, addressed to non-registered shareholders, outlines the procedure for receiving future corporate communications electronically. Shareholders holding SLD Group’s shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited (“Intermediaries”) can obtain e-mail notifications by submitting a valid e-mail address to their respective intermediary. Until a functional e-mail address is on record, shareholders will receive printed notices only.

Printed copies of any corporate communications remain available free of charge upon request.
