U.S. equities climbed on Thursday, supported by a drop in Treasury yields and oil prices as well as gains in key technology stocks, with traders trying to claw back some of the prior day’s losses incited by the first Federal Reserve interest rate hike in three years.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced 410 points, or 0.8%. The S&P 500 were up 1.2%, and the Nasdaq Composite added 1.5%.

Nebius Group NV shares surged 10% after the company notified customers of price increases across its on-demand GPU cloud services, effective 1 October 2026.

The adjustments include increases of approximately 17% for Nvidia H100 instances and 21% for the newer Nvidia B300 GPU. Rates for AMD EPYC Genoa CPUs will rise by 25%.

CoreWeave made three separate announcements before markets opened on Thursday. The company disclosed that it is signing new compute contracts at roughly $40 million per megawatt, alongside two capital raises that will lean on that demand picture.

The company disclosed plans for a $3 billion private offering of convertible senior notes due 2033, with an option for initial purchasers to buy up to an additional $500 million.
