According to reports, the industrial park covers a total area of 181.4 mu, with a total investment of 456 million yuan and a total floor area of 131,100 square meters. All main buildings have been completed, including 8 standard workshops, 2 finished goods warehouses, 1 integrated service center, and 3 dormitory buildings. Complete office, production, and living facilities cater to the diverse needs of resident enterprises for production operations and employee welfare.
Regarding specialized infrastructure, the park focuses on the core needs of the agricultural product processing sector with high-end amenities. It is equipped with a 10,000-ton cold storage facility, an agricultural product traceability cloud data center, and standardized food processing workshops, establishing an integrated industrial support system spanning "processing, warehousing, traceability, and fresh-keeping."
