Dragon Mining (01712) has announced the receipt of its first net smelter return royalty payment of EUR 103,700 from Endomines Oy, related to gold production at the Pampalo gold mine in eastern Finland.

This payment stems from an agreement dating back to 2006, when Dragon Mining sold the Pampalo gold mine and its associated mining rights to Endomines Oy. The transaction involved a one-time payment of EUR 6.2 million, along with a 1.0% net smelter return royalty, which becomes payable on gold production exceeding 203,000 ounces, up to a maximum of EUR 1.5 million.
