Infinity Development’s H1 FY26 net profit slips 13.8%, declares interim payout

Infinity Development Holdings Company Limited (ZBA) has posted its interim results for the six months ended Mar, 31 2026.

The adhesive and chemical specialist recorded revenue of about S$69.2 million, down 1.9 per cent from the previous year’s S$70.6 million. Gross profit fell 4.5 per cent to roughly S$25.3 million, while net profit attributable to shareholders declined 13.8 per cent to approximately S$8.4 million.

Operating cash flow came in at around S$19.6 million. After investing outflows of about S$12.0 million and financing inflows of roughly S$4.6 million – which included proceeds of S$13.2 million from a December 2025 share placement and outlays for dividends and share buy-backs – cash and cash equivalents stood at S$54.4 million at end-March.

Total assets amounted to about S$163.2 million, while net assets were roughly S$121.9 million, giving a current ratio of 3.2.

The board declared an interim dividend of HK7.9 cents per share (about S$0.013), representing a total distribution of some S$4.2 million, payable on Jun, 18 2026 to shareholders on record as of Jun, 8 2026.

Looking ahead, the company said it will remain cautious amid Middle East instability, focus on cost controls and maintain its regional expansion strategy, including completing licensing for its new Indonesian plant in the first half of calendar 2026.
