At its 2026 mid‑year results media call on the evening of the 18th, Xiaomi Group president Lu Weibing said memory price rises may moderate in H2 but upward pressure could persist, leaving storage costs elevated.

He said Xiaomi has long‑standing, trust‑based relationships with five major memory suppliers and is rapidly adjusting product mix and release cadence to lift ASPs.

Xiaomi expects a flagship smartphone and Xiaomi Auto’s Pengcheng series to launch in H2 and said it remains confident on H2 results.
