Airdoc Executes HK$0.04 Million Share Buyback, Slightly Reducing Free Float

Beijing Airdoc Technology Co., Ltd. (Airdoc) disclosed that it repurchased 2,900 H shares on 17 April 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HK$12.05 and HK$12.29, translating into a volume-weighted average repurchase price of HK$12.1697 per share and an aggregate consideration of approximately HK$0.04 million.

Following the transaction: • Issued H shares (excluding treasury shares) declined to 102.32 million from 102.32 million, representing a marginal 0.003 % reduction. • Treasury share holdings increased to 1.25 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 103.57 million.

The buyback was executed under the general mandate approved on 27 June 2025, which allows the company to repurchase up to 10.32 million shares. To date, Airdoc has repurchased 838,600 shares under this mandate, equivalent to 0.81 % of the company’s issued share capital as of the mandate date.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Airdoc is restricted from issuing, selling, or transferring any shares from treasury until 17 May 2026—30 days after the latest repurchase.
