United Overseas Australia Ltd (UOS) said on May, 29 2026 that 104,400 of its ordinary shares were transferred from its Singapore Exchange listing (UOSAA) to its Australian Securities Exchange listing (UOS).

Following the transfer, the ASX register rose to 348.900 million shares from 348.796 million, while the SGX register fell to 1.356073 billion shares from 1.356178 billion. The total number of issued shares was unchanged at 1.704974 billion.
