Café de Coral Holdings Limited disclosed that on 11 September 2026 it repurchased 156,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HKD 5.29 and HKD 5.35, for a total consideration of HKD 0.83 million.
Including the latest transaction, the company has bought back 2.05 million shares between 31 August and 11 September 2026, all of which are pending cancellation. The cumulative buyback represents 0.36 % of the firm’s 573.74 million issued shares and involved an estimated cash outlay of approximately HKD 10.90 million, implying an average repurchase price of HKD 5.31 per share.
The repurchase programme is being conducted under the mandate approved on 19 August 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 57.37 million shares. Following the recent purchases, 3.58 % of the authorised limit has been utilised.
Issued share capital remained unchanged at 573.74 million shares as of 11 September 2026 because the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled. Café de Coral currently holds no treasury shares.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium that restricts the issuance of new shares until 11 October 2026.
