Concord Healthcare Group Co., Ltd. (Concord Healthcare) secured strong shareholder backing for its 2026 financing arrangements at the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on 10 April 2026 in Beijing.

The sole item on the agenda—a special resolution authorising management to apply to financial institutions for a comprehensive credit line and provide related guarantees during 2026—garnered 209.43 million votes in favour, representing 98.88% of votes cast. Votes against totalled 2.37 million, or 1.12%, while no shareholders abstained. Passage required a two-thirds majority, which was comfortably exceeded.

All directors and supervisors attended the meeting, and vote-tabulation was overseen by Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

The approved mandate equips Concord Healthcare’s board to negotiate credit facilities and extend guarantees as needed throughout 2026, providing the company with enhanced financial flexibility for its forthcoming operational and strategic requirements.
