China's graduate population continues to grow, with the Ministry of Education projecting 12.22 million graduates in 2025 - a record high representing an increase of 430,000 year-over-year. Third-party spring recruitment surveys indicate SOEs have become graduates' top employment choice, reflecting the prevailing stability-seeking mentality in the job market.

Annual SOE recruitment positions total approximately 1 million, with 80% targeting fresh graduates, creating a potential user base exceeding 4 million. This has driven significant growth in demand for professional coaching services. Many job seekers now require structured, specialized guidance extending from written exams to interview preparation.

FENBI previously launched AI-powered interview evaluation products for civil service exams and teaching qualification interviews, both well-received by users. Following 2026 national civil service exam registration announcements, FENBI's AI question bank system achieved single-day sales exceeding 14,000 units.
