Beauty Farm executes HK$0.41 million share repurchase, outstanding float slips by 0.0095%

Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. announced a fresh on-market buyback of 23,500 ordinary shares on 14 July 2026. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HK$17.06 to HK$17.61, implying a volume-weighted average cost of HK$17.40 per share and an aggregate consideration of HK$0.41 million.

Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 248.20 million to 248.18 million shares, representing a 0.0095% reduction. Correspondingly, treasury stock rose to 3.41 million shares, while the total issued share count remained unchanged at 251.59 million.

The repurchase was executed under the mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 24.85 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this mandate now total 340,500 shares, equivalent to 0.14% of the company’s issued share capital at mandate approval. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Beauty Farm is subject to a moratorium on new share issuances or sales of treasury shares until 13 August 2026.
