Oiltek International Limited announced on Apr, 6 2026 that the Heads of Agreement between its wholly owned subsidiary, Oiltek Global Pte. Ltd., and PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional to develop a pre-treatment unit and supply feedstock in Indonesia has lapsed without a definitive agreement being signed within the stipulated validity period.

The company stated that the expiry of the Heads of Agreement is not expected to have a material impact on the group’s earnings per share or net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
