Tenfu confirms 187,000-share buyback since May; issued share count steady at 1.08 billion

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited (Tenfu) disclosed on 7 July 2026 that its issued share capital remained unchanged at 1.08 billion ordinary shares after the latest trading day, with no treasury shares on hand.

Share repurchase activity • Latest transaction: On 7 July 2026, Tenfu repurchased 3,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HK$2.68–2.70 per share, spending HK$8,080. These shares are earmarked for cancellation.

• Cumulative programme: Between 8 May and 7 July 2026 the company bought back 187,000 shares, equivalent to 0.0173 % of the 1.08 billion shares in issue when the mandate was granted. Purchase prices across the period ranged from HK$2.6267 to HK$2.8567 per share.

Repurchase mandate capacity Shareholders approved a mandate on 11 May 2026 allowing Tenfu to repurchase up to 108.28 million shares (10 % of issued capital). After the latest transactions, 108.09 million shares remain available under this authority.

Capital structure • Opening and closing issued shares (6–7 July 2026): 1,082.81 million • Treasury shares: none Repurchased shares will be cancelled upon settlement, after which the total issued share count will fall by the relevant amount.

Regulatory timetable Under Hong Kong listing rules, Tenfu is restricted from issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 6 August 2026, 30 days after the most recent on-market repurchase.
