JIYI HOLD-NEW (01495) has announced that effective March 20, 2026, Mr. Yang Hui has resigned from his position as an executive director of the company. Ms. Zhang Chuwen, Mr. Wei Zhihang, and Mr. Chi Shimin have resigned from their roles as independent non-executive directors to dedicate more time to their respective other business endeavors.

Concurrently, effective from the same date: (i) Ms. Zhang Chuwen has also stepped down from her positions as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee; (ii) Mr. Chi Shimin has also resigned as Chairman of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; and (iii) Mr. Wei Zhihang has also ceased to serve as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.

Furthermore, effective March 20, 2026, Mr. Huang Zhijiang has resigned from his positions as: (i) the company secretary of the company; (ii) the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; and (iii) the authorized representative in Hong Kong for accepting service of legal process and notices under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). This decision was made to allow him to focus more time on his other business commitments.
