WebX International Holdings Company Limited (8521) entered into a Lease Service Agreement with Pansemi (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. for the purchase of computing power. Pursuant to the agreement, a wholly-owned subsidiary of WebX International made a lump-sum payment of US$3.9 million (approximately HK$30.0 million) to Pansemi (Singapore), covering the period from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026.

Under the agreement’s terms, 897,726 Tera Hash per second of effective computing power will be allocated and activated for WebX International once the supplier confirms receipt of the full payment. WebX International gains only the use right to the computing power services and does not acquire any ownership or other property rights over the server equipment itself.

According to WebX International’s interim report as of 30 June 2025, the company’s unaudited total assets amounted to approximately HK$159.9 million. The US$3.9 million prepayment is about 18.8% of those total assets, prompting a disclosure under Rule 17.15 of the GEM Listing Rules. Pansemi (Singapore) and its ultimate beneficial owner(s) have been confirmed as independent third parties not connected with WebX International and its connected persons.
