NEWTREND GROUP has scheduled a board meeting for Tuesday, 25 August 2026 to address three key agenda items:

1. Approval and publication of the unaudited interim results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026.

2. Consideration of an interim dividend payment, if any.

3. Discussion of other business matters, where applicable.

The notice, dated 12 August 2026, was issued from Ji’an, PRC and signed by Chairman and Executive Director Mr. Wang Xiaoqiang on behalf of the Board. The current Board consists of four executive directors—Mr. Wang Xiaoqiang, Mr. Wang Hao, Ms. Chen Lijun, and Ms. Zuo Yue—alongside three independent non-executive directors: Dr. Song Jingjin, Dr. Zhang Xi, and Mr. Lo Kwing Yu.
