Lufax Holding Ltd released an update on 27 July 2026 specifying the composition of its Board of Directors and the allocation of roles across key committees.

The Board now comprises six members:

• Executive Director: Xiang Ji, who also serves as Chief Executive Officer.

• Independent Non-Executive Directors: Dicky Peter Yip (Chairman), Wai Ping Tina Lee, Koon Wing Ernest Ip, Siu Hong Cheng and Wai Kin Chim.
