China Wood International Holding Co., Ltd. (CHINA WOOD INT) has completed a non-underwritten rights issue on 15 September 2026, issuing 986.90 million new ordinary shares on the basis of one rights share for every existing share held as of the record date. The rights shares were priced at HKD 0.077 each, implying gross proceeds of approximately HKD 75.99 million.

The enlarged share capital now stands at 1.97 billion shares, doubling the company’s issued share base from 986.90 million previously—an exact 100% increase.

The company confirmed that the rights issue was duly authorised by the board, all subscription monies were received, and all regulatory and listing rule requirements of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange have been met. No treasury share movements, repurchases, or cancellations were reported in the period.
