On 23 April 2026, JiaXing Gas Group Co., Ltd. (“JIAXING GAS”) released its 2025 Annual Report on two platforms: the company website (www.jxrqgs.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed communications will receive hard copies by post. Others are encouraged to access the electronic version and can receive email notifications for all future corporate materials by providing a functional email address via the enclosed Reply Form or by writing to 9908-ecom@vistra.com.
