China Ludao Technology Company Limited (Stock Code: 2023) disclosed that its subsidiary, Zhejiang Sinopharm Junyue Aerosol Co., Ltd., received a Work Safety Licence for Hazardous Chemicals from the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Emergency Management on 31 October 2025. The licence permits legal manufacturing of aerosol products in nine categories, including high-value-added offerings such as antiperspirants, sunscreen sprays, and insecticide aerosols.
