LONGFOR GROUP (HKEX: 00960) has announced its operational results for the first half of the year.

For the six months ending June 30, 2026, the group achieved total contracted sales amounting to RMB16.55 billion, with a corresponding contracted sales area of 1.75 million square meters.

In the single month of June, contracted sales reached RMB2.88 billion, covering an area of 299,000 square meters.

For the same month, contracted sales attributable to the company's shareholders' equity were RMB1.90 billion, with an attributable area of 209,000 square meters.

During the first half, the group generated operating and service business revenue of approximately RMB13.70 billion, which includes a tax-inclusive amount of about RMB14.61 billion.

This revenue comprised operating income of roughly RMB7.30 billion and service income of about RMB6.40 billion.

In June 2026, the company added a new land reserve with a total gross floor area and attributable area of 45,300 square meters, acquired at an attributable land cost of RMB121 million.
