Road King Infrastructure Limited (Stock Code: 1098) issued an overseas regulatory announcement dated 7 November 2025 concerning its subsidiary RKPF Overseas 2019 (E) Limited (the “Issuer”). The Issuer is the entity responsible for the 7.75% Senior Guaranteed Perpetual Capital Securities (ISIN/Common Code: XS2079096884/207909688).

The Issuer has elected to defer, in whole, the distribution and arrears of distribution initially scheduled to be paid on 18 November 2025. According to Conditions 8(D)(i) and 8(D)(iv) of the 7.75% Securities, these payments will be deferred to the next distribution payment date.
