Top Glove Corporation Bhd disclosed that Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (Diperbadankan) (KWAP) acquired 792,800 ordinary shares on Jun, 23 2026 through an open-market transaction executed by its fund manager.

Following the purchase, KWAP’s direct stake in Top Glove remains at 442,703,250 shares, or 5.521%, while its indirect/deemed interest rises to 93,020,100 shares, or 1.16%. This brings KWAP’s combined interest in the glove maker to 535,723,350 shares, representing approximately 6.68% of Top Glove’s issued share capital.
