On January 28, 2026, the buyer, e-banner Limited (an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), entered into a procurement agreement with the seller, Asia Mansheng Limited, under which the buyer agreed to purchase, and the seller agreed to sell, machinery equipment for a consideration of HK$3.0408 million.

The machinery equipment comprises a set of foam board printing robots, including an HTA25000 UV hybrid printer, a cutting machine, and a screw-type air compressor.

The Group has consistently dedicated resources to continuously enhance its printing production facilities and technological capabilities to meet client demands and market requirements.

The Board of Directors believes this acquisition will elevate the Group's production technology, specifically by: (i) increasing the level of automated production and enabling real-time monitoring and optimization of the production process; and (ii) enhancing production flexibility and responsiveness.

Furthermore, the acquisition is expected to reduce manual operations and labor input, thereby providing clients with a superior experience and increasing customer satisfaction.
