Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 6806) has announced that its 2026 first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will take place on March 10, 2026, starting at 2:30 p.m. The meeting is scheduled to be held in the company’s conference room at No. 19, Taipingqiao Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, the People’s Republic of China.

According to the announcement, an ordinary resolution regarding the election of an executive director will be put forward at the EGM. Shareholders holding H shares who wish to vote via proxy are instructed to submit completed forms or notarized authorization documents to the appointed H share registrar no later than 24 hours before the meeting. The proxy holder must attend the EGM in person to cast votes on behalf of the designating shareholder.
